Please complete medical permissions on the Snap Health Portal!

There is a new way to sign into the Snap Health Portal! A single sign on has been added to Powerschool. Once you are logged into your child's powerschool account, you can click on the applications icon on the top right (square with up arrow) and drop down to SNAP Health Portal. After opening up the SNAP Health Portal.  Please navigate through the medication tab to opt in to our permissions. You can still log into SNAP through Snap Health Portalif you prefer. Thank you!
